Here are some comments from that bunch of people that really make it all worth hittin' the road and getting out there. These little comments are really important to us, so if you would like to send us phan mail, you can write us here.   If we like it we will post it and you too will have gained a minor famedom of your own.

To the band:

I, personally, believe that you kick major ass! I haven't had a chance to see or hear from you in a couple years, so I'm kind of off. But I can't wait to hear more, and get back up to date on you. Keep rawkin' and never stop!!

To the Phantom Girls,

Hi... I've been listening to your music for the past two/three years and I really enjoy it. I found your CD when I was working at a really crappy record store (well not THAT crappy, I mean, it had a Phantom Blue CD hehe) and I found the Built to Perform CD. Being that the record store was empty, I put it in the cd player, and instantly fell in love. A few months back, I was searching for any Phantom Blue fan pages, and was shocked not to find any. But I never gave up hope…. and then it happened, I found www.phantomblue.com, AND found out that there is a new record! Needless to say, the address listed in the shlock page will be getting a letter from me...

I just want to say thank you for your music and talent.

Brian May

ps: does Phantom Blue have any gigs/tour plans in the LA area? I would REALLY like to see you gals live. Thanks again.

For the Drivel page,

I had the privilege to be on tour for
three weeks with Phantom Blue
through Europe and I would like to say the tour we did
(the girls teaming up with the band Blind Justice),
was one of the best I did !.
Brothers and sisters together,
ass-kicking gigs
and lots of beer
and fun.
All my love

Ladies-

It looks like you've had yet another lineup change (at least, that's what one section of the web site led me to believe). This was more of a surprise than the last. Don't worry, I'm still a "phan" (though I'm not sure if you'd want me as a fan). Actually, I have even more respect for you now, after all that has gone on. I have no idea if it's really as bad as it seems, but after what happened with Geffen (what did happen with Geffen?), the lineup changes, and the disappointing state of the music business, some people would just give up. The fact that YOU HAVEN'T shows that you're above much of the competition. (I'm sure you knew that.)

Anyway, good luck with what ever lies in the future, not that you'd really need it. Is the live CD still coming out? And if you ever happen to come over to the east coast before I get a chance to go back to California, I'll do everything I can to see you. I don't want to sound lame, but thanks for the great music, for sticking to your guns and doing it your own way.

Dear Phantom Blue,

After buying your first album
years ago I thought you lot had
died a death..musical differences..etc.
WRONG ! I thought the next album
BTP was brilliant and I went to see
you in London. I managed to
persuade afew work mates to go as
well and they (including a she)
weren't disappointed. I can't wait
to get my hand on the 3rd album...
and I hope you comeback to
Britain soon.

Dear Phantom Blue,

I think you girls are the greatest ! I loved the 1st album, thought the 2nd was KILLER and the 3rd was even better than them all. I’m so glad you stuck to your guns and kept on playing what you were true to. Also, to any of those members that left before, well forget about them. I’ve seen you girls play 3 times and believe me when I say the current line up is better than any other line up and now you girls really kick some major ASS !!!!

Keep Rocking

Love,

Joey B.

Ps Hey maybe you girls could call me sometime!

Phantom Blue-

I got interested in Phantom Blue a few years back when " Built To Perform " came out. I fell in love with the music. I listened to it so much I wore out my CD! I had to buy another copy. After that I guess I lost track and wasn't really into the music scene for a while, but now I am back. I've been looking for some new releases from the band for a long time, but can't seem to find any in my area. I thought maybe the band had broken up or something like that. I'm really glad to see you didn't even though there have been some line-up changes. Thanks for putting together such an awesome webpage, now everyone can find out exactly what the band is up to. Now we have a way of contacting you to thank you for giving us so much enjoyment from the music and how much We appreciate it.

Thanks ladies and keep on rockin'. A fan of the Band.

Bill
